How do I book an appointment?
Appointments can be booked by phone or through our online booking system. Please contact the clinic if you need assistance.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Please bring your health card, medication list (or medications), and any relevant medical documents or forms.
What if I am late for my appointment?
If you are late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to avoid delays for other patients.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Missed appointments or late cancellations are subject to a fee.
How do I receive my test results?
Patients are encouraged to book a follow-up appointment to review laboratory, imaging, or specialist results.
Who is responsible for follow-up appointments?
Patients are responsible for arranging appropriate follow-up appointments regarding investigations, referrals, medications, and ongoing care.
Do I need an appointment for medication renewals?
Certain medications require regular review appointments for safe ongoing prescribing.
Are forms and sick notes covered by OHIP?
Many forms, sick notes, insurance documents, and administrative requests are not covered by OHIP and may have associated fees.
Do you provide emergency care?
Our clinic is not an emergency facility. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or visit the nearest emergency department.
What services are not covered by OHIP?
Examples may include sick notes, insurance forms, travel consultations, cosmetic procedures, and certain administrative requests. Please ask the clinic for details regarding uninsured service fees.
OHIP & billing transparency
Most family-medicine services are covered by OHIP for eligible Ontario residents. A small number of services are not insured — including some forms, sick notes, missed appointments, and certain procedures. A complete fee schedule is posted in the clinic and is available on request.
