Our philosophy

Treating the whole person, not just the diagnosis.

Years of clinical practice, doctoral research, and naturopathic training inform our approach to patient care. We aim to provide thoughtful, evidence-informed discussions about health concerns, available options, and individualized care planning.

What we treat

Examples of family medicine services

Preventive care

Annual physicals, screenings, immunizations, and lifestyle guidance.

Chronic disease

Long-term management of diabetes, hypertension, thyroid, and more.

Women's health

Pap testing, hormones, menopause, and reproductive care.

Mental health

Support for anxiety, mood, sleep, and stress.

A second practice

Naturopathic care, side-by-side.

Beyond family medicine, we maintain a dedicated naturopathic practice that integrates traditional approaches, nutrition, acupuncture, and botanical medicine with current evidence-informed care. We believe in an integrative approach to health that thoughtfully combines conventional and complementary therapies when appropriate to support individualized patient care.

After-hours care

Before seeking care elsewhere for an urgent medical problem please first:

  1. Call our after-hours phone line at 437-266-8146 to visit a physician in one of our two locations (414-3030 Lawrence Ave East and 16-1450 O'Connor Drive).

The doctors in our group will provide you the best possible continuity of care as our physicians have access to all your medical records and work together.

OR

  1. Call 811, a free, confidential service where you can speak with a registered nurse 24/7 for non-emergency medical advice. Health811 can help answer questions about symptoms, medications, mental health support, and navigating health services. The service may also assist patients in determining whether they should seek urgent medical attention, schedule a clinic appointment, visit an urgent care center, or manage symptoms safely at home.

If you're using a TTY device for hearing or speech support, you can call: 1-866-797-0007.

In case of a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
